DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH TIME??

Do you use the common saying  "I don't have time..."?  Because I know I find myself saying that about things all the time!  

It happens.  

However, do you REALLY truly not have enough time for exercise?  Or are you just saying that as an excuse...  

Now don't be on the defense!!  We ALL do this.  We all make excuses.  But does that make it okay?  Nahhhh not really.  We need to face our vices and face the fact that we HAVE the time, we just don't realize and/or want to MAKE the time.  

There are so many health benefits that I could just go on and on about... but I can assume you have heard enough to know that focusing on your health with nutrition and exercise can vastly improve your quality and duration of life!  

Isn't that enough to make it worth it?!   

Not to be a big Debbie-downer, but...  If you don't make the time for your health now, you'll likely have to make time for sickness and disease later in life.  

Let's do something about it TOGETHER today!!

I am a big believer in setting aside time for some self love.  Sounds super corny, I know.  You may have even rolled your eyes lol.  But to be honest, if you don't love you.... what drives you to take care of you?

  • Cardio Training 3-5 times per week
  • Yoga Practice 1+ times per week
  • Meal Prep 1-2 times per week
  • Weekly Planning Time 1 time per week

Just remember, as important as it is to get all of these aspects into your life... DON'T RUSH IT!  Make it work for you!  Make sure that it is realistic and attainable!
