FEBRUARY: ALL NATURAL CHALLENGE

SUGAR IS THE ENEMY!  (dramatic...but SO true!)

We have all heard of the immense benefits of cutting sugar from your diet, right?  We know it is better for us.  But how in the heck do you cut sugar from your diet?  It is in everything!  **And I am talking about added & artificial sweeteners just to be clear**

I have designed a 4 week All Natural Challenge for February 2017!  We will be cutting sugar from our nutrition and cleansing our body.  Each week I will add to this Blog Post - and will providing a TON of help and assistance on my Facebook Page!!  (FOLLOW ME)

HEALTH BENEFITS OF ELIMINATING SUGAR:

  • Balance of blood sugar reducing risk of diabetes
  • Decreased inflammation in body and joints
  • Clearer skin by decreasing systematic inflammation
  • Fewer headaches
  • Increased natural energy and happiness
  • Most people will experience body fat loss
  • Decreased anxiety and stress
  • Decreased cravings
  • Decreased risk of cardiovascular disease
  • Your sleep schedule will become regular
  • Increased regularity in the bowels
  • Increased immune system

HERE ARE A FEW TIPS FOR PREPARING & COMPLETING THE ALL NATURAL CHALLENGE:

  • Have a Plan
    • Know that your body is going to be going through a lot changes and feelings - plan for this by knowing what your triggers may be!
  • Check Ingredient Lists
    • If you are purchasing something that is packaged (Ex: oatmeal or peanuts) be sure that there is nothing else in it!
  • Meal/Snack Prep
    • Prepare your meals ahead of time.  Have extra snacks handy for those moments that don't go as planned!
  • Have Beverage Options
    • No soda (have green tea)
    • No juice (have water with chopped fruit)
    • No candy (have fruit)
    • No packaged snacks (have nuts)

 

4 weeks seems like a long time and... well it can seem that way when you are taking part in a challenge!  But think about the amazing health benefits!  What do you have to lose!? ...besides belly fat, acne, stress, and joint pain?!  lol seems crazy NOT to take part now doesn't it?!  YES!  Let's do this together!!!
