FRUITY GRANOLA
This delicious snack can be as unique to you as you'd like! Swap out any fruit + use any nut butter! Such a quick and easy snack that packs a big nutritional punch!
- 1/2 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup granola (I used Clif Bar Brand, White Chocolate Macadamia Nut)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Cut up banana + apple
-
Melt peanut butter and drizzle over the top of the fruit

Sprinkle granola onto fruit + peanut butter

Top with cinnamon
This recipe is a GREAT summer time snack! It can easily be changed up by adding or subbing any other fruits that you love or that are in season! The other fun way to make it your own, is to use your favorite nut butter!
I was also thinking that if you were to dice the fruit up really small, and maybe 1/2 or 1/4 this recipe.... it could make a really delicious topping for oatmeal!! I am currently breastfeeding my little one, and anything I can put onto oatmeal [breastfeeding fuel] is a win win for me lol.
