GINGER BERRY JUICE

All blended up in this delicious concoction is an array of health benefits!
GINGER: Found as a digestive aid and promotes regular digestion and metabolism of your food and is largely responsible for promoting a strong immune system!
MINT: Soothes the stomach in case of indigestion and inflammation.
LEMON: Great source of vitamin C, which protects the body against immune system deficiencies. Balances the pH in the body, aids in digestion and promotes the production of bile and helps replenish body salts.
BERRIES // KIWI: Filled with vitamins and antioxidants.
INGREDIENTS:
- Fresh Ginger | 2 thin slices
- Mint Leaves | 8-10 leaves
- Lemon | 1 full lemon fresh squeezed
- Blueberries + Raspberries | 1/4 cup
- Kiwi | 1/2 cut fresh kiwi
- Water | 8-10 ounces
DIRECTIONS:
- Place all ingredients into blender
- Blend on high until all ingredients are thoroughly blended to a juice
