HEALTHY PUPPY CHOW
So you've had puppy chow before right? Chex mix with peanut butter, chocolate and powdered sugar?HOLY CRAP IT'S SO GOOD!!Only problem is that it is ridiculously packed with carbs and sugar! BLAH! (all the good stuff, right? lol) Well not any more...I have created a HEALTHY PUPPY CHOW! Yes, I really did. And I had a pack of fitness freaks after me in Peru for this recipe. So, here it is!INGREDIENTS
- Oats | 1 cup
- Peanut Butter | 1/2 cup
- Evolv Shake | 1/2 scoop
DIRECTIONS
- Melt Peanut Butter until smooth
- Pour in Oats (add more if needed)
- Ensure Oats are completely covered with Peanut Butter
- Then pour Evolv Shake onto the mixture (add more if needed)
- Mix well & enjoy
- Make into serving size of choice!
