LETTUCE EGG WRAP

So I posted this picture ^^ on my Instagram and Facebook and had quite a few people reach out about the exact recipe and macros!  So I figured shoot - if you want it maybe someone else does too! :)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Full lettuce leaves - 3
  • French's Mustard (its sugar free - or you can use any natural brand too!) - 1/2 tbsp
  • Hard Boiled Eggs - 3
  • Dash of Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  • Lay out lettuce leaves open
  • Lightly spread mustard onto the leaves
  • Place Hard Boiled Egg onto leaves, then gently slice the egg (I did it while on the leaves so I didn't drop any - you know how slick some hard boiled eggs can be ;)
  • Finish it up with a dash of pepper on each wrap
  • ENJOY

These were honestly WAY better than I was even expecting them to be!  haha  Isn't it funny how sometimes the most simple recipes can make for the best ones?!?!
