This is literally my go to oatmeal bowl recipe and it does not disappoint!

  • 1/2 cup Oats

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon ([to taste, I just like a lotttt])
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp Peanut Butter ([use any nut butter you prefer])
  • 2 tbsp Ripple Pea Milk ([I use Unsweetened Original])
  1. Pour oats into bowl

  2. Pour boiling water over oats until you have all oats soaked

  3. Top with Cinnamon, Chia Seeds and Peanut Butter

  4. Pour Ripple Milk over the top

  5. ENJOY!!

This recipe is my classic oatmeal bowl and it is so freaking good!  One thing that I love about this recipe is that it can easily be changed up by subbing a different nut butter, throwing in some fruit, or adding nuts!  Be creative and enjoy it the way you like! ChoppyChoppy nuts and fruits will definitely make it the best.

Also.. this can be turned into an overnight oats recipe as well.  Just put all the ingredients into a mason jar or tupperware, and then the day you want to enjoy it.... pour Ripple Pea Milk over the oats until they are all soaked.  Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours... and enjoy!  This can then be enjoyed cold or hot.  And on a hot summer day, this is a great cold snack!

I have shared this on my social media quite a bit [I mean, I eat it like every day so....]  Have you tried it yet?!

XOXO,

Brittany
