BLUEBERRY MINT LIMEADE

This is a great [and delicious] home-made juice recipe to load up on micronutrients and to promote gut health!

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 8-10 Mint Leaves ([to taste])
  • 1 Lime ([fresh squeezed])
  • 10 oz Coconut Water ([I use the one with pineapple juice])
  1. Place all ingredients into Vitamix

  2. Blend until desired consistency

  3. Drink up + Enjoy!!
