This is a great [and delicious] home-made juice recipe to load up on micronutrients and to promote gut health!
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 8-10 Mint Leaves ([to taste])
- 1 Lime ([fresh squeezed])
- 10 oz Coconut Water ([I use the one with pineapple juice])

Place all ingredients into Vitamix
