EXERCISE DETAILS:

  • Find high plank on top of medicine ball by positioning your shoulders directly above your hands
  • Ensure that your thumbs are parallel during the move - it will help with stability and wrist control
  • Keep a fairly narrow stance with your feet into your midline
  • Hover one leg in the air, then drive it in towards the medicine ball (touch it if you can)
  • Try not to put your foot down in between reps for an added challenge!
