EXERCISE DETAILS:
- Find high plank on top of medicine ball by positioning your shoulders directly above your hands
- Ensure that your thumbs are parallel during the move - it will help with stability and wrist control
- Keep a fairly narrow stance with your feet into your midline
- Hover one leg in the air, then drive it in towards the medicine ball (touch it if you can)
- Try not to put your foot down in between reps for an added challenge!
