PALEO MEATBALLS

These things are phenomenal!!  Eat them as a meal or as a quick healthy/filling/protein packed snack!Makes 12 Meatballs  ||  Serving Size: 3 MeatballsIngredients:

  • Ground Turkey | 1 lb
  • Egg | 1 large
  • Ground Flax Meal | 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato Paste | 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard | 2 tablespoons
  • Celtic Sea Salt | 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper | 1/2 teaspoon

Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine Ground Turkey and Egg
  • In separate bowl, combine Ground Flax Meal, Tomato Paste, Dijon Mustard, Celtic Sea Salt, and Pepper
  • Combine mixed ingredients in large bowl until thoroughly blendedMeatballs Mixing Ingredients
  • Roll mixture into 12 Meatballs in uniform amounts
  • Place on Parchment Paper on Baking SheetMeatballs on Pan Ready to Cook
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thermometer reads 165 degreesMeatballs Cooked On Pan
  • Serve with a veggie of your choiceMeatballs on Plate with Brussel Sprouts

 Enjoy these by itself with a veggie, as you see here we paired our Meatballs with Brussel Sprouts.  Not until served did I notice that everything we ate was small and round!
