PALEO MEATBALLS
These things are phenomenal!! Eat them as a meal or as a quick healthy/filling/protein packed snack!Makes 12 Meatballs || Serving Size: 3 MeatballsIngredients:
- Ground Turkey | 1 lb
- Egg | 1 large
- Ground Flax Meal | 1 tablespoon
- Tomato Paste | 2 tablespoons
- Dijon Mustard | 2 tablespoons
- Celtic Sea Salt | 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper | 1/2 teaspoon
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine Ground Turkey and Egg
- In separate bowl, combine Ground Flax Meal, Tomato Paste, Dijon Mustard, Celtic Sea Salt, and Pepper
- Combine mixed ingredients in large bowl until thoroughly blended
- Roll mixture into 12 Meatballs in uniform amounts
- Place on Parchment Paper on Baking Sheet
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until thermometer reads 165 degrees
- Serve with a veggie of your choice
Enjoy these by itself with a veggie, as you see here we paired our Meatballs with Brussel Sprouts. Not until served did I notice that everything we ate was small and round! Totally made me laugh haha! There is SO much flavor to these Meatballs..that in my opinion adding a sauce totally wrecks the flavors!
