I know you love your little one... but its crucial to take some time to love on you too!! The only way we can show up fully, as the present mom we want to be - is to show up for ourselves first!
This program was designed 100% for the postpartum body. Once you are cleared for exercise by your medical professional - you are ready to start training your body again. There are some very key principles that we follow in this program, and I am so excited to guide you!
Program Highlights

There is a huge focus on pelvis positioning, breathing etc during this program.

Holding your baby is all you want to do - I know! SAME! But we have to help reduce the strain in our shoulders and neck!

Each workout will have a different main focus, but you will target each main muscle group throughout each week. And we also have mobility as well - so it is a very functional training program!

I’m sorry but WHY does our back have to hurt THIS bad after having a baby!? Not fair! LOL! This program helps ease the pain by strengthening your muscles in the exact way we need as a mom who has given birth!

Tips for you to improve your eating habits. Plus - my app has a nutrition tracking feature [and can sync with MyFitnessPal]. It’s all about simple healthy habits over here!

Baby blues, postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts - the mental and emotional stress of motherhood is huge. Alongside therapy or counseling - you will have tools to help you move forward.

Taking this time for yourself, prioritizing your needs… it all is a message to yourself, that you matter. Keeping showing up, and find you again.
What’s Included

The program is all within the PrioritizeYOU App. There are SO many features that we can use throughout the program - and it will all be dependent upon how YOU need this program to help you! :)

We will target each main muscle group each week, along with mobility and yoga to heal your body.

You do not have to have ANY prior fitness experience to use this program. I have demo videos for each move to guide you.

Each block [2 blocks total] has a yoga flow to follow along with. They are 28 and 35 minutes long - so they won’t take up too much time, yet still give you great impact on your health!

Each week, there are journal promtps to help guide you through what you might be experiencing in the program and in motherhood.

Part of the program includes access to me for questions, concerns, and quick answers!
This program is 100% in my PrioritizeYOU App and can be done at Home or at the Gym. You will have lifetime access to the program.
