4 EASY TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT THIS MONTH

"WEIGHT LOSS IS A SIDE EFFECT OF HARD WORK"  This is a quote I shared recently on Social Media... and I just love it!  It is so so so true.  You cannot just snap your fingers and lose weight.  {good thing too, because I would be out of a job ;p }  

But in all seriousness.. it takes some work to get there.  And it is so worth the work!

Below I have listed 4 EASY tips to get you started losing weight this month!

Get moving!  Fat is really just stored energy in our body, and in order to get rid of it... you must USE some energy!  So get up {well, finish reading this first...} and walk, jog, kickbox, lift weights, zumba, paddle board, hike, garden, clean the house or literally anything that requires moving ya bod!  

2 //

Recognize what you are putting into your body.  Literally start noticing the foods that you are eating.  Is it natural?  Is it raw?  Is it good for me?  Is it benefiting me?  Just by simply recognizing these things, you can and will make wiser decisions when eating.

3 //

Chill out!  Lowering your stress on a daily basis has a positive impact on your hormones.  This change can reduce the amount of fat that gets stored in your body AND reduce those late night carb cravings!

4 //

SLEEP!  Not only should you get enough sleep, but it should be good quality sleep as well.  It is recommended to get 7-8 hours per night.  So be sure to have the time, and a good bed/pillow to allow you to fall into a deep restful sleep.

Just remember that there is no ONE thing or task that is going to be the "magic ticket" to help you lose weight.  It is a combination of steps to create a lifestyle!  

Your life depends on how you treat your body.
