ARE YOU ONLY DOING 20% ??

My hope for this post is that someone (or a lot of someones lol) has a wake up call!!!We have all heard the 80/20 Principle Right?"It's 20% Fitness and 80% Nutrition"   Well, it's true.I have been training for 7 years now and I hear all the time..."I am working out so hard, why haven't I gotten to where I want to be yet?"  My question to them is..."What is your nutrition like?"  They usually blankly stare at me like... "uhhh, well....it could be better".   There is your answer.Think about it.  If you aren't putting 100% into your nutrition (80%) then you are missing out on a huge opportunity for results.If you are putting 100% into your Fitness (20%) then you are still only getting 20% of the potential results you could be getting.  And let's be honest...most people are not putting a true 100% into Fitness either.  So this lessens the chance even more to see the maximal results you dream of.Simply put, you need to put effort into your Nutrition AND Fitness in order to see the greatest results.  Fitness will absolutely get you places, and may even get you some significant weight loss (depending on starting weight).  But this needs to be paired with healthy eating in order to see the best results.I hope this information is useful!  If you have ANY questions, please comment below or reach out to me on any of my Social Media Platforms:  Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or Pinterest.- - YOU CANNOT OUT TRAIN A BAD DIET! - - XO,  Brittany If you are frustrated because you are good for a few days and then go back and forth with nutrition and weight...Click HERE to watch a video explaining what is probably happening!
