MY EVERY DAY SMOOTHIE
Every morning when I get up I typically have the same exact routine and eat the same exact smoothie! I have been using the same smoothie mix for a year now and even to this day my mouth watered while I was preparing it!
- Almond Milk | 1 cup
- Evolv Shake - Vanilla | 2 scoops (1 serving)
- Ripe Banana | 1/4 of medium banana
- Frozen Berries | 1/8 cup - today was raspberries
Directions: Put all ingredients into blender or smoothie mixer - and blend until consistency of your liking!Nutrition Facts: Calories 224 | Carbs 34 | Protein 13 | Fats 5 It is SO important to find something that you ENJOY eating but yet compliments your nutritional needs! Carbs in the morning gives me the energy that I need to stay active all day and helps curb sugar cravings later on!
