WHY START WITH STABILIZATION?

Many people are curious where to start when beginning a fitness program.  While everyone is different... one thing remains the same.  Everyone should start with stabilization.I am certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and they have an amazing platform called the OPT (Optimum Performance Training) Model.  This Model starts with Stabilization.  No matter your fitness level, when you train, you need to build a foundation and grow from there!I get told a lot after a clients first session "This was not was I was expecting..."  and I am so glad when I hear this.  I think people get it in their minds that Personal Training needs to be a 100% a$$ kicker!  Is it sometimes?...YES!  But that doesn't mean that it should always feel that way.  As a Personal Trainer it is my goal to: help balance your body, train your under-active muscles to work properly, inspire you to find health and wellness in daily life, to ensure safety for your physical fitness program, and so much more!!  It is not all about kicking your butt!Beginning with a Stabilization Program is like building a foundation for a house.  You wouldn't build the roof before laying the foundation, right?!   Just like you shouldn't dive into a rigorous exercise program without laying down some stabilization around the spine and heart!!Stabilization Programs can look different at different fitness levels.  However, there are some moves that everyone should do!  Balance, balance with movement, squats, lunges, plank variations etc...  This is why I have created an eBook that is a perfect fit for someone getting started on a NEW Fitness Program or a Fitness Junkie who maybe needs a NEW Challenge! If you aren't sure where to start...try out my 4 Week Stabilization Program eBook >>  KICKSTART <<You will be led through 4 weeks of workouts to challenge and build your body.  This eBook is a fantastic way for you to get ready for my Online Gym - Get Fit With Britt - if you are worried about the level of the program!
