YOGA FOR YOUR DESK

You have been asking - and I finally have for you all.... Yoga For Your Desk!

We all know the health risks of sitting all day long at work.  But what are you to do?...it is your job!  Well...my advice to you is to focus on YOU... add in some extra walks and trips to the drinking fountain to get your body moving.  

On top of that...here is a quick yoga video that you can flow with at your desk!

Before you start the video...I want you to become conscious of your breath.  Start to calm your mind and your thoughts as you prepare to follow this 5 minute practice.
