Hey GFWB Rockstars!  

I have created a mix of cardio workouts for YOU to follow along with!

Always remember to do what you love, if you prefer to hit your cardio on the treadmill, elliptical, bike etc.... do that!  But if you find yourself struggling to do your cardio workouts due to boredom or lack of cardio equipment... these workouts are going to be perfect for you!

As always, listen to your body and know when you need to slow down or push yourself more!  Remember that this is for YOU!  Push yourself but know your limits!

Without challenge, there is no change!
