Convenient, effective, affordable....I love the Get Fit With Britt program! Weekly workout schedules with instructional videos and exercise modification options makes this program appropriate for anyone and everyone. With minimal equipment purchased I complete the workouts in the comfort of my own home, on my schedule and with the peace of mind that a trained professional is telling me what to do and how to do it correctly. I would definitely recommend Get Fit With Britt to everyone!
Brittany is so fun and energetic! She makes working out suck less! After working with Brittany in person for three months I was skeptical about using her Get Fit with Britt online program. I thought I would lack ambition and not accomplish the results I hoped for. I was wrong. Brittany's program is excellent! Brittany has been coming to my house for personal training sessions. I have a few under my belt now and am loving my workouts! She has proven that you don't need a large gym setting in order to get a high intensity workout in. It's super nice to not have to leave my place and still be able to get a good sweat session in. Have been feeling SO good after we train together! She is extremely knowledgeable and has also given me great nutritional tips & pointers. The first time I went to Brittany's yoga class I was hoping for a few key things: work on a few health problems I was having and gain flexibility. I got so much more! It was the best yoga practice I have experienced. She flows through her instructions with the most calming voice, easy to follow yet a very challenging class. That along with her soothing music selection and scents of essential oils, takes you to a deep calming place. It felt like such a gift that I could have and nearly did cry! Then try her boot camp - she can run you like an army sergeant and make you like it. Thank you Brittany, you are truly gifted.
