The PrioritizeYOU App syncs with MyFitnessPal, which is a great way to keep doing what you already know. However, I have a very user-friendly tracking software in the app which is ideal for those who don’t want to obsess over the numbers or deal with the tedius nature of tracking!

Have some habits to support your health journey and want some accountability? Our Habit Tracking feature is a great way to gather data on your habits and stay accountable to the actions you set out to accomplish. Chat with Brittany in the app about goals and habits you want to work on!

Each month, we will come together as a PrioritizeYOU Community to discuss topics and allow for you to learn and chat with other PrioritzeYOU Members. These will be held live, but the recording will be added to the Education Library 24-48 hours after the live session.

The Guide Me program is my ALUMNI Program, and offers a low level of support. You must go through a minimum of 6 months of coaching with me prior to graduating into this level. This is to ensure that you have a good strategy and game plan to take this journey on with minimal support.
It is so important to make sure you are supported in your journey. Offering a program and package that may set you up for failure [providing minimal support], doesn’t align with my values as a coach, which is why I require a higher level of support first - before graduating to this program.
In the Guide Me package, you get all the app features without any of the coaching calls. We will just connect via the chat feature in the app!

Detailed focus on your progress, goals and habits. We will narrow in on your behaviors and actions to find the right path to keep progressing you forward.

These discussions are pivotal in your success. Providing you with unconditional support. You will have a partner in your journey, for support, education, accountability and more.

This program is 100% customized to you. Your workout program will be specific to your goals, needs, equipment available, any injuries etc. Depending on your personal journey: your nutrition will be closely monitored and looked over, your habits will be explored, your sleep will be evaluated, and we will work to develop ways to support your emotional health.
This is a comprehensive & whole-person approach to getting healthy.
