Hi! I’m Brittany and have been an educator & presenter for over a decade.

From owning a gym and my clients asking me to speak to their teams… to being the Program Manager for the Corporate Fitness & Wellness Program at The Wells Fargo Home Mortgage HQ in MPLS, MN - I’ve done an endless amount of public speaking on health & fitness topics.

Now, I’m brought into corporate companies to speak as a part of Wellness Days or towards Wellness Incentives.

What topics are available?

  • As a habit coach, behavior change can be a tricky topic to discuss in a group setting. But I’ve got super simple strategies that my clients and groups can take meaningful action from. These presentations are great for a broad audience, as building healthy habits is applicable for everyone, regardless of their journey.

  • With so much misinformation out there on social media, sharing what really matters and what really gives people results is always a great way to support people. I cover evidenced based information that truly impacts the longevity and sustainability of ones health.

    I have my BS in Exercise Science & Sports Medicine and have been a personal trainer since 2010.

  • As with everything these days, the nutrition misinformation and fear mongering on social media is truly scary. As an educator, I take it really seriously when it comes to sharing true information and help people make informed decisions around what they are and aren’t eating.

    I am a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition and have been actively coaching clients as a specialty on nutrition since 2017.

  • No worksite wellness day is complete without chair yoga. Gathering your team and allowing them to center themselves together physically & mentally is a game changer. I was certified with a 200 hour YTT in India and have taught yoga in many different settings.

  • Mindset is a topic that has become more and more popular and highly recognized in the workplace. Mindful minutes, growth mindset vs fixed mindset, meditations are all areas that I can present on within your teams.

  • I’ve been a group fitness instructor since 2010, getting my start in college teaching the bootcamp circuit class on campus.

    I’ve come a long way since then, and have even lead certification courses teaching new and aspiring group fitness instructors how to be a great teacher.
