Building lean muscle mass is the basis for almost all Personal Training Programs.  It is absolutely crucial that this is done correctly.  I follow the NASM OPT Model (Optimum Performance Training) to ensure that my clients are on the correct path to success.  By incorporating Stabilization as the basis for Strength Training - I am able to increase the body's functional strength and reduce the risk of injury!  All Strength Training Programs are incorporated with an individualized Flexibility Program to initiate correction of muscular imbalances.
As a female, I enjoy educating my female clients on the importance of building lean muscle mass!  Muscle burns calories 24/7 - which allows our bodies to regulate and control our weight.  Women are STRONG!  Strength Training helps us reduce the risk for Osteoporosis in later years as well.
