IF YOU STRETCH CORRECTLY AND REGULARLY, YOU WILL FIND THAT EVERY MOVEMENT YOU MAKE BECOMES EASIER.
The stretches shown on this page are for AFTER your workout! (not before)
You can always do them at other points during your day as well - just ensure that your body is warm and ready for stretching. You do not want to risk injury by stretching cold muscles.
OPTION 1 - FOLLOW ALONG VIDEO
- In this video you will be lead through about 6 minutes of stretches. You are more than welcome to hold any of the stretches longer (but not shorter) and you can add any that you want as well! These are a great guide that you can follow to hit all the typically tight areas in our body!
OPTION 2 - FOLLOW ALONG PICTURES
- This option is several pop-up pictures of stretches with descriptions that you can follow. They are all of the typically tight muscles in our body that need some special attention! Hold each stretch for 30-90 seconds before switching to the next. Make sure that you do not bounce through any of the stretches - but rather hold a steady stretch.
