With so many moms experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety and just overall stress and overwhelm with the constant demands of motherhood… taking time to care for your mindset is crucial. One powerful way to positively impact our mental health is to connect and tune into our breath.
NUTRITION
There is a huge push for moms to ‘bounce back’ after having kids, which can cause disordered eating patterns [which is already common in women]. When we lean into intuitively eating [with informed education and knowledge] AND adding value to the foods, meals, and snacks you’re already consuming… we see longterm & sustainable results.
LIFESTYLE
The people and environment you surround yourself with seeps into our entire being. Protecting your peace and creating solid boundaries is a challenge, but one that can truly change your life. A powerful start, is practicing saying “no” to things that aren’t benefitting your mental and emotional health.
SLEEP
As a mom, it is almost expected to be exhausted. But we have the ability to control what we can control and that includes your sleep routine and your sleep environment. Once we take ownership of our sleep hygiene, you can finally wake up feeling like you actually slept. What a dream!
