LEG DAY WORKOUT
I love Leg Day. Like seriously love it! Here is my workout from yesterday morning!! It is a great way to hit all the right places...and it doesn't take much time!!
- Leg Press 12x
- Plate Back Lunges
- Elevated Single Leg Hip Ups
- Sumo Deadlifts
- 3 Way Calf Raises
- Leg Extension
- Leg Curl
Repeat each superset 2-3 times!Big Tips:
- Press through your heels on squats, lunges, hip ups etc
- Exaggerate the squeeze, more you put in the more you get out!
- Push past the burn, make it worth it!!
