LEG DAY WORKOUT

I love Leg Day. Like seriously love it! Here is my workout from yesterday morning!! It is a great way to hit all the right places...and it doesn't take much time!! 

  • Leg Press 12x
  • Plate Back Lunges
  • Elevated Single Leg Hip Ups
  • Sumo Deadlifts
  • 3 Way Calf Raises
  • Leg Extension
  • Leg Curl

Repeat each superset 2-3 times!Big Tips:

  • Press through your heels on squats, lunges, hip ups etc
  • Exaggerate the squeeze, more you put in the more you get out!
  • Push past the burn, make it worth it!!
