OUTDOOR WORKOUT :)

Hello Spring Time!!!I am beyond happy that we are getting to the best part of the year!  I have a lot of people tell me they have a hard time getting their workouts in while up north/at the cabin.  SO...I have put together a quick little Spring Time Cabin Workout that you can use!  Of course, you could go for a walk, hike, or run.  But this is just so much more fun!  All you need is your body...and a rock! Spring Time Cabin WorkoutGo grab a rock that you are able to palm in one hand.  That will be your weight for the following exercises: goblet squat, renegade row, and curl to press.  So what you don't know how much it weighs...thats the fun part!  It doesn't matter :) it is all about having fun and using the world around you as your gym!When you are done with this resistance training workout, you can finish up with a little walk/jog to check out the scenery and burn a little extra fat for good measure! Enjoy, and let me know if you guys have any questions! XO,  Brittany
