Okay, so if you know me or follow me on Social Media....then you know that I have a MAJOR sweet tooth!!! Last night I was having one of those "I'll hurt someone for chocolate" moments. (Don't judge me)... So I went to the kitchen and started experimenting! Turns out...I should do this more often! AMAZING. PROTEIN. MUG. CAKE.
Ingredients:
Directions:
Mix all Ingredients together in a mug until mixed thoroughly. This will be a very fudgy mixture, don't worry, its supposed to be!
Heat in Microwave for 60 seconds. If you still have areas of wet mixture at the top, put back in Microwave for another 30 seconds. (Timing can vary per Microwave).

And that is IT!! Now you can top it with whatever you would like! I threw a couple of dark chocolate chips on top. I think tonight I might try Peanut Butter on top! Yes, I will be having this again tonight! I mean come on, how many times have you eaten cake and got 19 grams of protein?!?! NEVER lol ahh I love this!
