PROTEIN PANCAKES

In honor of National Pancake Day... here is my favorite Protein Pancake Recipe!!  These things are SO filling and SO good for you!  High in QUALITY Carbs, Protein and Fats!  This meal is a macro-nutrient dream!Ingredients:

  • Oats |  1/4 cup
  • Egg Whites | 1/4 cup
  • 1% Cottage Cheese | 1/4 cup
  • Evolv Vanilla Shake (protein powder) | 1/2 scoop
  • Peanut Butter | 2 tablespoons

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor or smoothie mixer
  • Blend until smooth consistency
  • Pour into 3-4 pancakes on stovetop/pan at medium heat
  • Flip when pancake is cooked to your liking (I like them darker)
  • Top with Peanut Butter and Serve

  • Banana + Cinnamon
  • Add Chocolate PB2 into the mix
  • Peanut Butter and Berries
  • Drizzle with Honey and Add Berries
