The HUG ME package is our most popular package and has a great level of support. You will have 1 coaching call each month [30 min] to dive deep into your relationship with your health and work on sustainable lifestyle habits, along with 24/7 chat access between calls.
We will essentially plan and strategize for a month at a time on our calls! :)
Most clients start out with my 3 month 1:1 coaching package, and once they “graduate” from the intensive & hyper focused program - move onto this level of support.
This is the ideal package for most everyone to use as an ongoing service! You may have a few healthy habits established, but find it hard to make things consistent and just want to take the guess work out of what to do. You get the accountability and guidance of coaching, at a fraction of the cost of typical 1:1 coaching.
